Yes, we cater for children of all ages. Our program is relaxed, and if at any time  you wish to return to the reception, our staff will take care of you.

Yes, we are open regardless of the weather conditions. Elephants love the rain and it is great fun to watch the elephants playing in the fresh mud. If it does rain, we provide raincoats and umbrellas.

All visitors are covered by our accident insurance of up to 200,000 THB, however, we recommend that you have individual travel insurance.
